What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (or RTT) is a progressive new form of therapy which will help you to get to the root cause of your issue, and to focus the mind on what you want to get out of life and let go of anything which has been holding you back.
RTT uses hypnosis to help you identify and interpret past events that have created subconscious beliefs. In hypnosis, we will be able to access the subconscious mind - the part of our brain that runs 95% of our behaviour and which is not accessible through the conscious mind. How does the Subconscious work?
Your subconscious mind is like a database for all the things not in your conscious mind, Your subconscious is where you store your memories, your life experiences, your emotional responses, your beliefs, your skills.
The subconscious mind becomes familiar and learns from the words that you say and the pictures that you form in your head. So over time if you repeatedly behave in a certain way or buy into a particular belief or thought this will become the normal response for your subconscious mind and you will probably feel uncomfortable whenever you try to change or go against the subconscious pattern.
