How does hypnosis work?

This is the part of the mind where you store all of your beliefs, habits, thoughts, patterns and experiences. By being able to take control of the part of your mind which is normally outside of your conscious awareness you can make effective and lasting changes to how you think, feel and act. You might be consciously aware though out - or not - but almost everyone can access a hypnotic state. You do it every time you day dream.
